Remember to calibrate your battery! MacBook, iPhone 3G and iPhone 4

Just once in a month does sound acceptable! So give yourself and your MacBook a rest (actually you can continue working – no prob) and calibrate your battery for staying more time wireless. Here you will find the article about how this calibration is done.

For aliminium case macbook pro series;

– charge it full
– keep the cable plugged for 2-3 hours more
– unplug while the computer is on
– use the computer until the battery warning appears on the screen
– save your work and keep using it (ignore the warning)
– your notebook will turn itself down
– turn it off or allow it to sleep 5 or more hours (what about night or day long?)
– plug the power cable and let it plugged until LED light changes to green

Congratulations! Your Mac’s battery succesfully calibrated.

If you’re someone who wants everything tidy on your calendar like me, than you can get the iCal and merge it with yours. Same procedure is valid for your iPhone and/or iPod, if you own one.

For more information and tips, here you will find a very nice article.

P.S. If you notebook battery health goes below %80 before 300 cycles. You can request a replacement.

MacBook Pro Sound Balance Problem?

Today, while I was listening from my brand new MacBook Pro, I’ve noticed that there is a unbalanced treble sound.

The speaker on the right side was predominant compared to the one at the left. I check the balance of the sound system from the System Settings and realized one more that there is a easily recognizable difference.

I checked the forums in the web and found out that it’s a common problem, so no worries :) just keep on loving your Mac. If you want to read more about it, click here.

Can you cook Indian?

As you all might know, to be a good cook you have to have a talent! It was never my ambition to be a cook either. However, I have to cook and eat to survive.

Even though I am mostly “creating” my own mixtures of food (well have to admit that they are all unique and really delicious, wish I could remember exatly how I prepared them), yesterday I found out that in the supermarket nearby. Knorr made an invention, Curry Madras sauce.

All you have to do is mixing vegitables, chicken meat and this piece of invention. Lastly yogurt. You can create a really good Indian selection just at your home. Adding hot chili or black pepper is of course up to you.

Good appetite in advance.
